I had an in-person interview where they asked me about my leadership, cooking, training, financial, scheduling, and conflict resolution skills. They also had me look at their menus and give feedback.

It was pretty straightforward, mainly behavioral. You just need to know the basics in accounting. First, I talked to the CFO, and then the director.

The interview process was interesting. They didn't ask any questions about my resume or background. It was mostly general or personal questions about personality, as if they're looking for someone who can handle inappropriate things without getting offended.
