the interview process was during the pandemic so it was virtual. First started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then next step was a facetime interview with the executive director of the facility. Third interview was with the VP of Sales. I shared my work history and what I would bring to the table, but I didn't really learn a lot about the actual position.
The manager got in touch to set up a time to chat over the phone. I didn't hear back until I chased them up again 6 days later. My phone interview was then cancelled. I didn't hear back from any of my follow up emails to try to reschedule.
The interview process was thorough and respectful of my time since I was employed. It challenged me to express my industry competency and respected my experience and knowledge. I interviewed with 3 levels of management, not including the recruiter. All were staged as the next step.
