Candidate-reported interview process

I had two interviews that were a few days apart. The first one was with someone who currently works in the group, and the second one was with the head of the group. I applied for the Artist Development Group, and I think the interview questions are pretty much the same for all the groups, unless you're applying for a really specialized position.

It was an informal chat, very relaxed but they did ask some challenging questions. Pretty much what others have said, just be ready and you'll do fine. Minimum word count, lol.

It was a few rounds with different people from HR, the hiring manager, and other teams involved in the work. There were 4 rounds in total and it was pretty chill. The hiring manager got back to me pretty quickly.
