Candidate-reported interview process

It was a few rounds with different people from HR, the hiring manager, and other teams involved in the work. There were 4 rounds in total and it was pretty chill. The hiring manager got back to me pretty quickly.

The interview process was pretty standard with basic questions. I was told over the phone that I made it to the next round, but then they never contacted me and ignored all of my follow ups.

I felt like they were just trying to fill a spot. The interviewer was super late, like an hour and a half late. They asked really basic questions, and then I never heard back from them, not even a rejection.
