Candidate-reported interview process

I had two interviews, they were both super chill and I got along great with the interviewers since they were around my age (I was 20 back then). Didn't end up getting the job though, but I'd still really like to work there.

The whole interview process was done over the phone and totally remote. I talked to the assistant of the marketing department that I would be interning in. About a week and a half after my phone interview, I got an internship offer.

I had an initial screening where they asked me questions to get a better idea of my skills. they asked questions about leadership, my weaknesses, my interests and what I felt my greatest achievement was. I didn't hear for another 2 weeks and then was asked to come into the office for an interview with my potential future supervisor. I think this was more to get a feel of my personality as they asked questions about what my favorite song was, how I work in a team setting, etc.
