It started with a phone call. Then they asked me to come in for an interview, which was possibly two parts. The first part was pretty brief and in the office. After that, I went to one of their events to meet with another manager, where I watched them do their presentations and customer service. They also asked more questions and explained the growth structure.
I first chatted with the HR Director, Katie, and after looking over the website, I was invited for an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. I was really interested to learn more about the company after seeing all the team building events on their website and Facebook. The hiring manager, Brandon, was really nice and professional. He gave me an overview of what they were looking for in a candidate and what the job would involve. After that, I was selected for an event-shadow interview where I got to see the retail campaigns and talk about the training involved with a second hiring manager. It was a good experience overall, and I happily accepted the job on Monday!
It was a phone screen first, then a face-to-face interview. The interview was split into two parts. The first half was in the office where they talked about the company and the role. The second half was at an event they were having and involved a sales demo. You only got to the second part if you did well in the first part.
