It started with a phone call. Then they asked me to come in for an interview, which was possibly two parts. The first part was pretty brief and in the office. After that, I went to one of their events to meet with another manager, where I watched them do their presentations and customer service. They also asked more questions and explained the growth structure.
It was a phone screen first, then a face-to-face interview. The interview was split into two parts. The first half was in the office where they talked about the company and the role. The second half was at an event they were having and involved a sales demo. You only got to the second part if you did well in the first part.
There were three rounds total. The first was a phone screen. Then I went to the office for an onsite interview at a club, it was very professional. I had done some research on direct vs indirect sales and that helped. The last round was another phone interview.
