The interview process had 2 steps. It was good to have a Zoom call due to Covid-19. Everyone was respectful. They allowed me to be free and at peace with the interview. the conversation went fantastic and they made sure to make me feel at home.
Got an email the day I applied and interviewed the next day. Turns out it's a scam, they use fancy words to hide that it's actually sales and presentations at Costco and Walmart. Every answer I gave, they twisted to talk about company growth. They said it's easy to advance to a real marketing role, but that's a lie. The interview and interviewer were professional, but don't buy the hype. No matter how it's described, it's just doing stupid on-site sales.
So the interview process is a 2-part thing. First, there's a 20 min screening where we'll chat about the position and pay. If you make it past that, you'll come back for a second interview, which will be held at an event location.
