Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was a mix of virtual and in-person meetings. The interviewers seemed nice enough, but I didn't get a good vibe about the place being enjoyable to work at. There seemed to be some tension between the operators and management, and the plant itself looked a bit run-down and unsafe in parts.
The interview process was pretty standard and formal. I had a 30-minute interview session with the manager for the role over Microsoft Teams. It turned out to be about what I expected the interview would be like.
The interview process included an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a phone discussion with the Operations VP. Both individuals were very open about the company's future plans and their specific hiring needs.
