Candidate-reported interview process

The first round was a phone call where they asked basic questions about my resume and engineering background. The next interview is in-person and focuses more on my experience for the role.

We did a 1 hour MS Teams video call with the hiring manager and one of the engineers. Then we did a 1 hour on-site tour with the hiring manager.

Started with a panel interview with people from different parts of the plant. Then, had a second panel interview with the lead engineers and the operations manager. After the second interview, I got a tour of the plant site and they took me to lunch.
