The interview process was a mix of virtual and in-person meetings. The interviewers seemed nice enough, but I didn't get a good vibe about the place being enjoyable to work at. There seemed to be some tension between the operators and management, and the plant itself looked a bit run-down and unsafe in parts.
I was first contacted by email to schedule an interview, and they were quick to respond with available times. The first interview was over Microsoft Teams and went smoothly. Then, I had a second interview in person at their facility.
It was a pretty simple interview where they asked about my previous work experience and my motivations for wanting to join ATI. There was a good mix of standard questions and some that they came up with on the spot.
