AspenTech Interview Questions

I applied for the job opening through the college campus website. I interviewed with 4 people, one by one, and then had a final chat with HR. It was the typical process: first meeting a coworker, then meeting the managers/leads. I got an offer about 3 days later, but they only gave me one day to accept because it was near the end of their fiscal year and they needed to hit their targets. They wouldn't extend the deadline.

I was first emailed by someone for a phone interview with a senior manager. It lasted about 45 minutes and we talked about general OOP stuff and my resume. Then, about two days later, I got an email to set up a Skype interview with four people: two group managers, one entry level engineer, and HR. This interview wasn't technical at all, which was pretty surprising.

The two interviewers were super chill and the vibe was pretty relaxed. I felt totally comfortable and like I aced it. They didn't hit me with any hard technical stuff, it was mostly about my behavior. They did bring up a couple of classes from my transcript, but nothing that really caught me off guard.
