First, I had a 30-min interview with the hiring manager, then another 30-min interview with upper management. Both were virtual, and the whole process took about 1-2 weeks. It was pretty smooth.
It's a few interviews, a pretty long process, but it's always a positive experience. From the first interview with a team from outside Brazil, a large part of the interviews are in English. It always focuses on professional experience.
It was a good experience, I had a couple of interviews but then there was no follow up after the interviews, no reply from HR or the manager. I'm not sure what happened, I assumed I didn't get the offer.
