It was a straightforward process with just two stages: one with HR and another with the Head of Department. They were more interested in my character than technical skills. Overall, it was a positive experience and I didn't have to waste much time to get the job offer.
So there were four interviews. The first was a phone call with a Talent Partner. Then I had a face-to-face with a Talent Partner too. After that, I met with the hiring manager, and the very last interview was with the CEO.
I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my background and some behavioral questions. The manager also told me more about the company. The interview seemed to go well, but unfortunately, they couldn't proceed with my application because they thought I was in Ohio instead of Ontario, and the role was only for US remote workers.
