Candidate-reported interview process

It was a straightforward process with just two stages: one with HR and another with the Head of Department. They were more interested in my character than technical skills. Overall, it was a positive experience and I didn't have to waste much time to get the job offer.

The interview process was extremely disorganized. It was rescheduled three times, and the interviewer wasn't even present when it finally occurred. After managing to have the interview, I was ghosted and never heard back.

After I sent my CV, a recruiter reached out to me to kick off the interview loop. First, there was a 30-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, a 30-minute interview with the chief of talent. After that, a 1-hour technical interview with some engineers. Finally, a 30-minute discussion with the chief engineer.
