Candidate-reported interview process

I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my background and some behavioral questions. The manager also told me more about the company. The interview seemed to go well, but unfortunately, they couldn't proceed with my application because they thought I was in Ohio instead of Ontario, and the role was only for US remote workers.

3 stage interview process. First, a chat with HR, then 2 interviews with engineering managers. The technical interviews were high-level, not too detailed. Finally, I had to answer 4 questions via email from the CEO for all new hires.

We had an initial interview via webcam. They asked me to talk more about the experience I have listed on my resume. At the end, I was told they don't actually have an open position right now, but they'll reach out when something suitable comes up.
