I recently interviewed with Arnold Boston and was a bit confused by their workplace policies. They seem to really want someone to move to Boston, but the job reports to a partner in Atlanta. It seems weird to make someone move across the country just to work remotely, doesn't it? Makes you wonder if they're really thinking about how work should be done logically.
Super long interview process that felt a bit messy at times, but communication was good overall. They really prioritize culture fit and hiring good people. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and seemed genuinely interested.
I went through 4 interviews total. First, I had a screening call with HR, and then the remaining interviews were with the BA team. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward, mostly about my background and my reasons for being interested in this specific role.
