Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good although it was stretched out and delayed, which put me in a difficult spot for making decisions. There were 2 HR meetings and 1 round with the person I would be working with.

You submit an application via their website, then there's an initial phone call, followed by an interview with your potential supervisor. If everything checks out, you get the internship.

Got referred by an old boss, and then a recruiter reached out via email. I had to apply online, submitting my resume, work history, and personal details. Following that, there were two phone call rounds. The first was with three folks from production, and the second was with HR and the intern coordinator.
