Candidate-reported interview process

I had a recruiter call first. Then the next day, they contacted me to set up three 30-minute Skype interviews with different team members. They gave me an offer two days later.

The interview process included 3 interviews. The first was a phone call with HR. The second interview was with 2 VPs and the Managing Director. Then, I came back in to meet with the EVP of account. Overall it was a really positive experience, the people were nice and they were very honest about the position and agency.

The work culture appeared to be enjoyable, innovative, and open. The interview itself was relaxed. The team was very upfront about their expectations and the reality of work-life balance.
