We have a 2 stage interview process. First stage is a quick chat, paperwork and written application plus copy of your I.D. Second stage is an in-depth interview with the Area Manager and Line Manager.
First, resumes are reviewed. Then, there's usually a quick chat with HR. After that, a more in-depth conversation about your behavioral profile. This stage involves talking with the area manager or a specialist. Some companies give a technical test, a logical reasoning test, a behavioral profile test, or a group activity (especially for corporate roles).
