Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and had an interview. The whole process took a few months, but they kept me updated. The interview itself was about 30 minutes long.

The hiring managers were friendly and supportive, making sure my interview experience was comfortable. The questions asked were easy, and at the end, there was a quick test to analyze my analytical skills, which was also fairly easy to spot the patterns.

First, I got an email with some questions about my degree, if the hours suited me, and other usual things. Then, I had a Teams interview where they asked motivational and situational questions, and a few technical ones about debits and credits at the end. After that, I was invited to a second and final interview. For this one, I had to prepare a 10-minute presentation and answer some questions similar to the first interview. Both interviews were really relaxed. The interviewers were polite and helpful, making it feel more like a chat than an interrogation.
