Candidate-reported interview process

It was a phone interview and then an in-person interview. It was pretty straightforward, just make sure you're dressed smartly and have researched the company before applying. Can't really fault it, everything was explained during the process.

I've had many interviews over the last few years trying to start my career, but Arnold Clark gave me the best experience. The interviewer really seemed to want to help me succeed. I might even aim for a recruitment role there in the future and would use this process as a model. For this job, talking about salary is important because you want to earn as much as possible, and being competitive is a big plus.

The interview process was quick and direct. I waited briefly for the hiring manager to finish a meeting, and they saw me immediately. The interaction was fast and friendly, with no unnecessary delays. They asked their questions and made a hiring decision right away.
