The interview experience was very welcoming and not intimidating. I enjoyed that everyone had tenure with the company, which shows that the company values its employees and knows how to keep them happy. Staff was very nice and informative. Looking forward to growing with the company or within.
The interview process was with Neil and Mike. They quizzed on some tech skills and discussed the history of Armstrong and had us sell ourselves to them. They explained the pathway to advancing and benefits with the company.
First, you'll have a phone screening. Then, you'll get a link for an online assessment where you'll simulate support situations to check your response quality and typing. Lastly, there's an in-person panel interview to discuss the role and ask each other questions.
