Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was with Neil and Mike. They quizzed on some tech skills and discussed the history of Armstrong and had us sell ourselves to them. They explained the pathway to advancing and benefits with the company.

The hiring and interviewing process was super professional and really welcoming. Everyone was so relaxed and friendly. They wanted to know about me as a person before even looking at my resume, which was a nice change of pace.

I was let into the building, met the person who would interview me, and led into a room. They asked me some questions, asked about me and things I liked, and after a few brief minutes to decide they gave me an offer.
