Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience was very welcoming and not intimidating. I enjoyed that everyone had tenure with the company, which shows that the company values its employees and knows how to keep them happy. Staff was very nice and informative. Looking forward to growing with the company or within.

First, you'll have a phone screening. Then, you'll get a link for an online assessment where you'll simulate support situations to check your response quality and typing. Lastly, there's an in-person panel interview to discuss the role and ask each other questions.

The interview involved discussing the position overview, benefits, perks, and career advancement options. I was asked several questions about why I applied to Armstrong, my short-term and long-term goals with the company and personally, and how I've handled challenging situations in previous roles that are relevant to a CSR position.
