The interview was mostly behavioral, using the S.T.A.R. format (about 80%), with some technical questions thrown in. It was short, under 30 minutes, so it's important to stay engaged, ask good questions, and show you're really interested the whole time.
The interview process was pretty well organized and they let me know the schedule ahead of time so I could prep. It was a long interview but the questions were on point, and I really felt like I could see myself working with the team. They did take a bit to get back to me though, which I think they could def improve on.
I had two interviews. The first one was pretty chill, like an hour long, mostly just to see who I am and what I know. The second one was shorter, 30 minutes, and they got a bit more into my technical chops and what coding stuff I'm into. Both were super relaxed, not hard at all. After the second one, I felt pretty good about getting an offer, especially with how they were talking. They mentioned they wanted to decide that day but it might take a week to hear back due to HR stuff. About a week later, I got an email saying no dice.
