Candidate-reported interview process

About a week after I applied, I got a link to take some skills and behavioral tests. Then, 4 days later, they emailed me to set up an initial phone interview, which I had a few days after that. About 10 days later, I got an invite to an information session with other people applying, to meet the supervisors and learn more about the job. 3 days after that, they emailed me to pick a time for a panel interview, and I went to that in person 3 days later.

I applied on May 3rd and heard back a week later on May 10th for an assessment. I got an email on May 15th, 5 days after I finished it, to set up an interview with a recruiter for May 19th. The recruiter asked about 5-7 questions and told me all about the job and company. Then on May 31st, I got an email to interview with 4 supervisors on June 8th. That interview lasted about an hour. By June 12th, I got a job offer letter and a call about my supervisor, pay, training start date, and schedule. I did my drug and background screenings on June 14th. On June 27th, they told me I passed and my start date is July 16th, 2018.

So after you apply, HR will call you for an assessment that takes about an hour. It's like you're working as a rep and you have to answer customer questions, plus there's a coding part and some personality questions. If you pass that, you go in for an interview with 3 people (HR, manager, another person). They ask questions about your past jobs, like why you left and how long you were there. It was pretty standard, about 45 mins. Got an offer a week later.
