The interview was mostly behavioral, using the S.T.A.R. format (about 80%), with some technical questions thrown in. It was short, under 30 minutes, so it's important to stay engaged, ask good questions, and show you're really interested the whole time.
The interview process was pretty well organized and they let me know the schedule ahead of time so I could prep. It was a long interview but the questions were on point, and I really felt like I could see myself working with the team. They did take a bit to get back to me though, which I think they could def improve on.
The interview process is pretty straightforward. They start with an HR round where they ask about your background and career aspirations. After that, there's a technical assessment where they test your knowledge of JAVA, JSP, and SQL.
