Candidate-reported interview process

So first there were general questions, then they went into more technical stuff, like asking how a nuclear power plant operates and what's the key financial indicator for one. After that, I talked to HR and some of the senior management team.

The process was standard for a large company but done quickly over two months (June, July for a September start date). It was fast and clear. Communication was pleasant and they provided updates throughout the process, giving visibility on what to expect next and the timeline.

There were two parts to the interview. The first part was with the department manager and the HR person. It was a pretty casual chat, mostly asking things based on my CV. The second part was with the department manager and the general manager.
