Candidate-reported interview process
Everything went well. All the tests are standard, nothing special. Everything was as expected. It's an excellent company. Very qualified professionals for the interview. Normal interview questions. There were no problems.
The interview had two steps. On the first day, there was a group activity and a chat with someone from HR, where questions were asked about career plans, general knowledge about the person, etc. On the second day, some people were filtered out (only two people made it to the second stage, myself and another candidate). In this second stage, there was a test of specific knowledge related to the role.
First, I had a quick recruiter call over the phone. Then, an in-person interview that lasted about 30 minutes, where they asked a few quick questions in English. After that, I met with the two managers, who are my internship supervisor and the team lead.
