I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screening, which lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. Then, I had a virtual interview with my supervisor. After that, there were two online personality/critical thinking tests. The final interview was in person and included a tour of the workspace. The tests were challenging, but the interviews went as I expected. The recruitment team was really helpful throughout, and everyone I met was very nice and made me feel welcome.
It was a really nice chat. They were super clear about their work and answered all my questions directly. The interview was all about checking my accounting skills, if I knew the construction industry, and if I could handle the financial stuff in construction.
HR got in touch a couple weeks after I applied to talk about the job and interview with a manager via Zoom. The interview mostly centered on my experience at a specific company and if I'd fit their culture. It was a pretty standard interview.
