Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was good, held in the evening. It was kept simple, like a normal conversation. They explained the job duties clearly, making it very informative. I asked some questions, and they answered them thoroughly, which was helpful.

This was a good entry point for growth, though there wasn't much leadership mentoring; it was more of a 'baptism by fire'. I'm mainly filling this out to review the interviewer, who was great, knowledgeable, and made for a very interesting and normal interview.

First there was a phone interview, then some long online tests, and finally a 2-hour in-person meeting with different interviewer groups. It took more time than it was hard. Some interviewers were okay, others were very unprofessional and rude.
