First, HR called to ask basic questions like why I want to work here and what about the job interests me. Then, there was a long wait of a few weeks before any response.
The whole process took about 4 weeks, starting with a recruiter call and ending with an offer. A Sourcing Specialist reached out first and walked me through the steps – they were really professional and nice. Next, I spoke with the HR Business Partner who gave me more details about the job's duties and the hiring process overall. They were also super friendly and upfront. After that, there were three more meetings: one with the hiring manager, one with the department lead, and another with a stakeholder from a different department.
Had a Zoom chat for about 30 minutes with the team leader and hiring manager. They went over the job details more and learned about my background. It was a friendly, conversational chat.
