Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process took three weeks. It included an initial HR chat, followed by a coding exam. Then, there was a panel interview and a final interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get an offer, and I suspect it was because the hiring manager felt I wasn't a cultural fit.

The interview went pretty well, I think they asked me questions that were a bit out of scope for the Applications Developer position I applied for. It seems like it's a Full Stack role, even though I expected just Java Developer, and they wanted some front-end knowledge with Angular. The questions were more about how I would set up a project rather than my experience. After that, the recruiter didn't really meet me or assist me. I just got a text saying I wasn't a good fit for the position because I had limited experience.

I had one interview with 1-2 software engineers from the company. It was a 30 minute call where we talked about my qualifications and info about the position.
