Candidate-reported interview process

Had a video call with the hiring manager that was about an hour long. I answered a bunch of typical Business Analysis questions and got to learn about the business problem they needed to solve. Then had a second video call with some of the team members.

Had a 30-minute phone chat, then went in for an in-person interview. It was a long one, over 3 hours, with 4 different people, so make sure you're ready for that. You'll face questions from both the IT side and the business side. They asked a lot of the same questions multiple times.

I interviewed with some of the management. They asked basic questions about my experience and education, nothing too hard. The interviews were engaging and conversational, not just a Q&A. It took a while, but they gave us a break between rounds.
