It was pretty simple. Meeting some of the folks already doing the job made me more sure this is what I wanted to do. First, I had a phone chat, then I went in person to meet the department manager and some of the people on the team. After that, I met with HR.

Got an email from a recruiter, they asked some basic experience questions about working with clients and how my past roles aligned with the job description. I didn't hear anything back for months until a manager got in touch. I had already taken another job by then, so I just ignored their message.

The interview process took several weeks and was quite disorganized, with the steps and interview details changing frequently. I experienced significant delays, being ghosted for weeks at a time after reaching out for updates, despite being pressured to respond immediately after interviews. A case study was introduced late in the process, after my final interview. After completing it, I was ghosted again. The hiring process lacks transparency, and I wouldn't recommend it.
