Arcadia.io Consultant interviews, decoded.

First a phone screen, then we had an on site interview with various staff. The on site included a case study, an analytical problem, and a presentation. Each of these was conducted by different pairs of employees.

Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a 3-hour onsite where I met with several people. The onsite included a presentation, an analytical part, and a social lunch, followed by a quick chat with the hiring manager.

We had four interviews total. There was a case interview, an analytical interview, a presentation, and a social one. The case and analytical interviews were pretty basic versions of what you'd expect. The analytical one was really straightforward and focused on using numbers to pick a business solution. The case interview was more about project management stuff and was easy to get through. The presentation just involved talking about how your resume fits the job using a powerpoint, and the social was basically just a business lunch.
