We started with a written test, like a MS Word doc where you fill in answers. It was for checking English, like grammar and summarizing a news article, and took an hour. If that went well, the next step was meeting with HR and Legal Heads, followed by a chat with the GM over the phone.
They did a communication skill test, a personality check, a confidence check, and a language test. First, I had to do a written test, and then they called me in for a personal interview with the head of the department. It was a good experience.
So first there was like a face to face interview, and if you got selected from that, you went on to a computer test. After the test, they announced the results. Sadly, I didn't make it to the next stage. The computer test involved getting a PDF and a Word document, and the task was to make the Word document look identical to the PDF.
