Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a written test to check my writing, grammar, and editing abilities. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the team lead and the HOD. They were both friendly and asked about my past work, how I manage multiple projects, and how I'd respond to criticism. Although I felt the interview went well, I never heard back, and they didn't respond to my follow-up email.

The interview process involved a written test first, and then interviews with the managers and HODs. The written test is to check your language skills. The interviews are to check your personality. The grammar test is not very hard, but focus on tenses, subject verb agreement, spelling, and other grammar points.

The interview process wasn't really structured or focused on job-related questions. The way they handled things felt unprofessional and could've been smoother, especially since the company has a pretty good reputation.
