The interview process spanned two days. Day one involved a standard in-office interview, and the following day included a field interview where we were out on the road.
The trainer conducts the interview, evaluating your attitude (positive or negative), negotiation skills, and sales strategies. You'll be presented with a live sales scenario to demonstrate your confidence. It's important to be genuine and positive throughout.
First, I had an interview with HR. Then, there was a written aptitude test covering basic math, logical reasoning, and general knowledge. The third round involved presenting our promotion skills by communicating to a group of people about a promoted product. This was followed by a 7-day probation period, and then the offer letter.
