Candidate-reported interview process
First is a face-to-face HR round with general HR questions. Second is a sort of aptitude test. Then the final round is where they send you with the HRD Trainer outside to introduce their product to people. Confidence and communication are checked here, and the trainer gives feedback to the manager. Selection mostly depends on this.
On day 1, there was a written test and an interview. Day 2 included another interview, a field performance analysis (which was a knockout round against another applicant who was more senior than me), and then a final interview after the field performance analysis.
They mainly check your appearance and your behaviour. So dress in formals compulsory. Be confident and speak as if you can handle tough situations. Your interview mostly will be based on your resume.
