I got an email for the interview, then scheduled it. There were written questions about management, and a personal interview covering my studies, job expectations, and company overview, plus some more management questions. Round 2 was an onsite visit, including observational skills and some written questions. Then there was a final call.
It started with a group round, then a full day of interviews from 9 to 5. This included some hands-on direct marketing experience and an HR round. They also mentioned a certificate after 10 months, so it's like a learn-and-grow type of role.
