The interview process started with a phone call where they reviewed my qualifications. Then, there was an in-person interview focusing on my experience and knowledge. The final round involved a panel asking detailed technical questions specific to the software domain they were hiring for. It was a pretty standard process compared to some other places.
Started with a phone screening with the recruiting manager. Then had a bunch of in-person interviews all on the same day, which was nice because I didn't have to come back another day.
I went through a phone interview first, and then had a face-to-face with the department manager. A skills test was given to me after the interview. They checked my references and verified my certifications after I completed the test. I got the job offer about two and a half weeks after applying.
