Candidate-reported interview process

You can usually find job openings on the Apollo Education Group website or for the University of Phoenix. But now, they're on most job boards. The screening process is pretty standard: they look at your resume, then have a phone call, and then a telephone panel interview. If you make it to the top 2-3 candidates, you'll get invited for an in-person interview. Sometimes the hiring manager or director might even travel to you for this. They'll ask about basic stuff like communication, project management, and your technical and soft skills, and they'll also get into situational and behavioral questions. After that, there's a background check that can take up to two weeks.

Our services go above and beyond what’s offered by most primary care doctors. Even so, we’ve designed our screening results to be shared and discussed with your physician, giving you access to the most comprehensive care.

The interview process was really long and kind of a mess. They asked for the same info multiple times and made mistakes. I got an offer, but then they took it back because of some admin mistake. It took another two weeks for them to give it back to me.
