Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good, though a bit inconvenient due to lateness. It would have been better to reschedule. It's interesting how Vietnamese people seem to have a different concept of time!

I interviewed at Apollo for a teaching role. The interviewer was late and had a bad attitude. They kept interrupting me, using their phone, and even spoke Vietnamese with colleagues. They also laughed while I was answering questions, which made the whole experience really unprofessional and uncomfortable. I definitely don't recommend this place.

It was an online interview. It lasted for 30 minutes, the interviewer was polite and friendly. There were lots of questions about teaching methods, expectations, previous work experience and educational background.
