I first had an HR call where we talked about my background and why I was interested in this job. Then, I had a technical interview with some of the team members, and they asked a lot of technical stuff about PHP, databases, and frontend technologies.
I went through a screening interview and then a panel interview. The questions they asked felt really specific and didn't quite match the role. They asked general questions about healthcare and nursing. It seemed like the interviewers were just reading from a script, not really digging for deeper understanding.
The process was quite slow, but overall positive. The recruiter kept me updated on our progress, which was nice since not many companies do that nowadays. They even provided feedback on why they selected another candidate. Although the position eventually went to someone else, I had already accepted another job offer by then.
