My initial interview was a phone call with the recruiter. They were super helpful, explaining the role, the salary range, and realizing it wasn't quite what I was seeking. They mentioned they'd like to keep in touch because they thought my background would be a good fit for BCBS, which was really nice of them. Overall, a great experience.
Make sure to fill out all the information and data needed in the first online application. It's also key to look into the type of contract you are being interviewed for.
it was a long and drawn-out process with many repetitions of information and interview questions with no follow up questions or ability to answer my questions at any level during the process and it took 6 months to hear back on the job
