Candidate-reported interview process

Applied, then interviewed a week later, and got an email 6 days later stating I wasn't hired. The process was efficient.

I had a phone interview over zoom. It was easy, with 2 interviewers. They asked in-depth questions about job functions related to my previous experience. I also answered questions about the training schedule, work schedule and working remotely after training. Pay was not discussed.

The interview process was long but really professional. They prepped me well for the job and made me feel confident. The company has good structure and seems to care about its employees.
