I had a screening call with a recruiter, followed by two video interviews with the hiring managers. I thought it went well and they were nice, but I got rejected the next week. I only found out because I followed up, otherwise I think they would have just ghosted me. The rejection was a generic email, which was annoying. There was supposed to be a written assignment as the final step, but I didn't get to that.
First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I talked to the hiring manager on the phone. After that, I had 3 more interviews with different team members. Oh, and I also had to do a skills assessment, which was pretty easy and took about 3 hours.
The whole thing took about 2 months. It started with a screener call. Then, a week later, I had interviews with 4 different Senior UXRs over the course of 4 weeks. To wrap it up, I was given a case study to work on, choosing from 3 different prompts, and then presented it. A week after that, I got the offer. Overall, a good process!
