Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a recruiter call, then a mock usability test with someone from AnswerLab (not a real project though). After that, there was a take-home assignment where I had to write a short report about the test results. Finally, I had an interview with a researcher and then an interview with a manager.

The interview process was well-organized, friendly, and really covered what the job entails. I started with a phone screening with HR about the role's responsibilities and if it was a good fit for both of us. Then, I did a mock session that was like a typical usability session with a team member. After that, I had two more interviews with another researcher and a manager where we talked about my background and experience. All these talks were useful for understanding the different parts of the job.

It was a phone screen and a usability testing over zoom. They gave very brief feedback after rejection but were friendly during the process. It was not difficult but required some time for the project they needed done.
